Get ready for the I3HIES Call for Ideas!
The I3HIES project is looking for new ideas in the field of medical devices, emergency equipment and MDR compliance. The call is open to everyone (individuals, start-ups, SMEs, companies, …).
If you don’t feel prepared for this challenge, the I3HIES consortium supports you with this free training series!
Customers frictions, understanding customer needs from a different perspective

Lectured by: Ing. Marián Minarik, Business Solutions Expert at COMMPASS
The training consists of two parts:
- A lecture by our experts held in English
- A practical exercise where participants can apply the knowledge they have acquired in breakout rooms; this exercise can be conducted in English or your preferred language.

Improving the cooperation of MediKlaszter with the participants of the Hungarian Quadruple Helix
During a peer review event, experts from universities, research centers, medical technology companies, government bodies, and other I3HIES actors will gather to discuss advancing Hungary’s research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) efforts. Centered on the Quadruple Helix model, the event will feature two main panels:
i) Current and Future Roles and Activities of Different Actors in the Quadruple Helix
ii) Creating a Co-Creative Platform that Works Effectively with Quadruple Helix Actors to Enhance Hungary’s Long-Term Innovation Potential
The event will take place in Budapest from 14th to 15th November 2024.
Additionally, the I3HIES project will be presented as an exemplary model for regional cooperation during a parallel event, the WIRE conference, performed under the Hungarian EU Council Presidency. The WIRE conference, organized by the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, is taking place on 13th November 2024, in Budapest. As a featured speaker for the panel Success Stories from Winning Projects (Excellence Hubs / I3 / ERA Hub, Mediklaszter will showcase pathways to regional innovation through innovation ecosystems.
