On May 21, 2025, a co-creation workshop organized by Technology Park Ljubljana brought together 31 participants from healthcare institutions, tech companies, and ministries at Center Rog, Ljubljana. As part of Task T3.3 of the I3HIES project, the event focused on developing innovative, feasible solutions for real-life challenges in healthcare.
At the Ljublja Co-creation: Together for Health Innovations workshop, the main goals and outcomes were as follows:

Welcome & Presentations
The event began with a welcome from Jadranka Jezeršek Turnes, followed by project insights from Monika Cvetkov and Rebeka Zerovnik. Franc Vindišar (Surgical Center Rožna Dolina) and Vanja Zizic (MedAsk) presented examples of healthcare-industry collaboration and AI in diagnostics.

Group Discussions
Three challenges were addressed:

• Visitor Orientation (General Hospital Novo mesto): unified info systems for easier navigation

• Digital HR Planning (Health Center Maribor): automated tools for efficient scheduling

• Hospital Nutrition (General Hospital Novo mesto): patient-driven digital menu selection

Key Outcomes
Solutions emphasized digitalization, process efficiency, and patient satisfaction, while fostering cross-sector collaboration and long-term impact.
